We'll always tell you sunlight is a must when you want vibrant color succulents.

But, if there is a location without much sunlight yet you insist to have succulents there, you can always experiment the possibilities out😉 There's no right or wrong in planting as long as you're happy with the outcome!
Here's 2 possibilities that might happen if you continue with the original location (lower sunlight amount) and continue to let the succulents adapt to new environment you're giving:
1. First is they'll adapt to your new environment and slowly gain back abit of its color, but will not be as vibrant as before because the sunlight amount is still not there. Some people are happy with this kind of outlook and so that's totally alright. You keep the succulent alive and you have a plant that you always wanted to be at the location, it's a win win situation.
2. Another possibility is they might be dying slowly, by start dropping their leaves one by one or turning yellowish and eventually dry up. If you see any of these situations happening, means you shall terminate your experiment immediately and start rescuing your succulents instead.
We'll always advise the lighting amount according to different species and arrangements, but it's also fun to observe and experiment them out 😉
