- If the plants are damaged within 24 hours of receipt, we will replace them for you.

- Plants are live organisms and pots are fragile; we pack them with extra care to minimize damage.
- We do not bear responsibility for unforeseen circumstances during delivery. Buyers should be aware of the possible scenarios before proceeding with delivery option.

- To ensure the best condition of your plants, we offer self-pickup at our three different outlets in Klang Valley.

Natural Changes in Plants:
- It is normal for the color of the plants to fade or for leaves to drop when kept inside the box during transit.

Damages and issues
Damages like broken glass, dead plants, damaged design are entitled for a replacement. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, broken or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-refundable conditions
However, condition like colour changing, minimal leaf drop, slight stretching of plants are considered totally normal due to the delivery process and these will not be valid for a replacement. We always encourage you to go for same-day delivery or pick up option if you stay within Kuala Lumpur or Klang Valley area to minimize energy consumption of plant.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
