Planning a sustainability initiative, employee engagement activity or corporate team experience? Let's explore how we can create an ESG-inspired workshop for your team.
1. What is a terrarium team building workshop?
A terrarium team building workshop is a hands-on activity where your team creates mini gardens in glass containers. Itβs fun, creative, and stress-relieving, helping colleagues bond while making something beautiful they can take home or display in the office.
2. Where can I organize a fun team building activity in PJ/KL?
You can join our terrarium team building workshop at our cozy, plant-filled studio in PJ Empire Damansara. We also provide mobile workshops across KL and Selangor, making it easy for companies to host team building activities at their office or event venue.
3. How long does a terrarium workshop take?
Our terrarium workshops typically run for 1.5 to 2 hours. This allows enough time for a guided introduction, step-by-step creation, and a relaxed sharing session where teams can admire each otherβs work. Itβs short, impactful, and easy to fit into company schedules.
4. What are the benefits of terrarium workshops for team building?
Terrarium workshops encourage teamwork, creativity, and mindfulness. Employees relax, connect, and discover new sides of each other while working with plants. The activity reduces stress, builds stronger bonds, and leaves every participant with a sense of accomplishment and a living reminder of teamwork.
We are Malaysia's 1st succulent terrarium specialist since 2016. We hope to spread love, joy and warmth to all who come see our artwork, or receive plant terrarium gifts made by us with care. We want to create a space for people to engage with plants; to not just watch the plants grow but also grow with them.
Our founder discovered growing succulents as her new hobby after being diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) aka Lupus. Life can be quite tough needing to live with various issues in life (in our founderβs case, it was this disease) β this is where succulents come in.
βWe believe that thereβs power in connecting with nature and that plants can heal souls β giving us essential messages that we often miss out in our daily lives.β
β Yee Zhing, Founder of LES
Succulents are strong beings; they strive to keep themselves alive even if they were to be left with their last leaf. The same goes for a leaf that somehow got isolated from its mother plant - to keep the next generation alive, itβll grow new leaves and sustain them with all the nutrients they need, while it goes through a time of drying out - a great model of unconditional love. How much different would our world be today, if men were to treat each other in such a way?
We also wish to create public awareness on despite how hard weβre striving for the many goals in life, it is essential for us to take care of ourselves, both physically and mentally.
