Order Policy

  • By completing this order, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these terms and conditions and appearing anywhere on the Little Eden Succulents site.
  • All orders and subscription requests received are subject to acceptance by Little Eden Succulents & Interior, and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will offer e-voucher of equal value to your paid amount.
  • Once the order has been placed, cancellation of such order is not possible.
  • Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed.

 

Self-Collect Policy

  • The self-collect option is available for all products from Mondays to Saturday except for public holidays or off day stated otherwise.
  • Our self-collect time would be from 10am-4pm for Monday to Friday while for weekends, the self-collect time would be from 10am-12pm.
  • The latest time to do your self-collection will be 4pm/12pm (depends on your selected date is on weekday/weekend). If you or your representative is not able to make it, do contact us at littleedensucculents@gmail.com or Whatapps us at 0102059318 so that alternative arrangements can be made.
  • If self-collection is not done and we have not received any request via call/WhatsApp/email from you by 4pm on your self-collection date, your order will be disposed of for space and hygiene purposes.

 

Delivery Policy

  • Our standard delivery service are usually completed between 2pm-4pm. We do not promise that delivery can be done in a specific time if a delivery is late due to unavailability of the delivery service that we use or anything else outside of our control.
  • Any changes of particular (eg: receiver's address, messages, etc) must be made within 24 hours before the intended delivery day. We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where we have not received advance notice in accordance with this paragraph.
  • The customer is responsible to ensure that your recipient is present at the address at the time of delivery. No refund will be issued if the designs have been duly delivered to the address as prescribed by the customer. In the event a delivery is re-scheduled or re-routed upon the request of your recipient or you, a re-delivery fee will apply depending on your recipient's location.
  • We will not take responsibility for the late delivery due to adverse weather conditions, incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, and any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
  • Little Eden Succulents only delivers using third party car service provider within 25km from our location and for distance >25km, we will be using courier to deliver out our designs. However, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to cancel your order if it becomes apparent to us that the courier service in your area is too unreliable. We value our customers and our ability to deliver, so where we can't, we won't risk disappointing you.

 

Changes to this Terms of Service Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so you are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

 

Kindly refer to our T&C, privacy policy and refund policy all the time to ensure that you understood and agreed before using our services. If you do not accept these terms and/or the additional terms, please leave the site and discontinue using our services immediately.
